These terms cover your use of Ninobino, a free macOS app. By downloading or using it, you agree to them.

The product

Ninobino is provided free of charge. There is no purchase, subscription, or fee. You may install and use it on the Macs you own or control.

License

You're granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Ninobino for its intended purpose. You may not resell it or present it as your own work.

Updates

Ninobino can update itself automatically: when a newer version is available, it downloads and installs in place, keeping your Accessibility permission intact. You can disable automatic updates in Settings and update manually instead.

No warranty

Ninobino is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. It's independent software that works with macOS through the Accessibility API; it does not hide, minimize, move, or delete your windows or files — it only changes which windows the switcher shows and which one is focused.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, Ninobino — including any loss of data, productivity, or profits.

Acceptable use

Use Ninobino lawfully. Don't use it to interfere with software or systems you don't have the right to control.

Changes

These terms may be updated; the "last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Austria, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
